Monica Boniface was born in 2004 in Kisongo Arusha region. She is youngest baby of six children. Monica has been one of our girls from the very beginning, but she is not an orphan. She lives very close by and has a very challenging home life with five siblings and a disabled father.
Monica joined a Nursery School in Engorora; she was not performing well because of the overcrowded students within one class. She started attending our afternoon class with the other young girls and she began to thrive in this environment so the decision was made for her to join us in April of 2011. She is good in most subjects but prefers English and mathematics.
Monica is funny, polite, and humble; she likes gospel music, singing and playing. She loves eating rice with meat & ugali with vegetables. Monica especially enjoys singing and helping the other girls learn songs.

Queen is very kind, giving and unselfish. When she joined YS she was immensely shy and it was hard for her to open up and trust we truly were going to be her family from this point forward. After the death of her parents, all children were cared for by their uncle, but he was unable to successfully care for all, so Rebecca was brought to Your Sisters. She was our very first little girl.
She received her primary education at Ngarash primary school in Monduli District when she was standard one. The school's marks showed what an exceptional student she was, passing all her subjects and taking second position among 40 students in her class. VERONICA (VERO) BONIFAST
Vero was born in 2008 in the Karatu district. She is the youngest among the little girls at Your Sisters Orphanage, at the age of four now. All the other big sisters have taken Vero under their wing as a little baby sister, always watching out for and teaching her.
When Vero first joined Your Sisters she was almost despondent. She had been quite traumatized from all that she had been through, the details we didn't know the full extent of. Losing her parents was extremely hard and it was soon before she was brought to YS. She was the slowest to adapt and to trust and really know our love for her would always be there. It took about a month of constant TLC and each day we witnessed an unfolding of the most beautiful child. Once she came back to life...Vero truly shines and sparkles.... We treasure her and hope you may wish to sponsor her.
She loves playing games, dancing and singing.
Though she is still young, she is coming up in her academics. She loves eating pilau and drinking soda.
